Fixed term parental leave position ending April 2026 Full time (80 hours per fortnight + monthly ADO) Community Development Worker Class 2B Year 1-7 (XX7-ON15) Located at Caulfield Hospital Great staff benefits! The Department Alfred Health Carer Services (Carer Services) reports to the Deputy Director of Operations - Community Integration, which is part of the Rehabilitation Aged and Community Care program. Carer Services supports carers, the person being cared for and care relationships in a client-centred, timely and responsive manner. The Role This position contributes to the development and delivery of client-facing programs within Carer Services. Carer Services provide service to people who are 65 years and over (50 and over for Aboriginal and Torre Straight Islanders), people with dementia and their carers.
