About The Role

We are currently seeking motivated Research Assistants with fluent Italian language skills to join our team and support the iSupport-D Project - a Medical Research Future Fund (MRFF) high-impact project aimed at improving equitable access to quality dementia care through culturally adapted digital intervention.

In this role, you will assist with day-to-day project implementation, including working closely with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities to co-design, develop, evaluate and trial iSupport-D. We are seeking candidates with excellent research experience with the ability to work in team environments as well as the capacity to work independently.

This role will provide you with a unique opportunity to collaborate with CALD communities and leading researchers and shape the future of dementia care in Australia.

About You

To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

* Demonstrated experience in undertaking research projects in health.
* Experience in data collection methods and analysis, and report writing skills.
* Demonstrated competence with a range of software and IT applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email.
* Demonstrated capacity to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
* Fluency in Italian.
* An interest in research into ageing or healthcare services is preferred.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a health-related field.
* Bachelor's degree with Honours or Master's degree is preferred.
