About the Role
In this role, you will act as a key link between clients, advisers and the broader advice team, ensuring the client journey is coordinated, compliant and delivered with excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting Financial Planners in delivering strategic advice and implementing client strategies
* Acting as a key contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and exceptional service
* Coordinating the client advice journey from initial engagement through to ongoing service
* Managing workflow and ensuring tasks progress within required timeframes
* Maintaining accurate client records, documentation and compliance standards
* Assisting with the preparation and delivery of advice strategies and client meetings
About You
You enjoy working closely with clients while also contributing to the strategy and advice process.
You will likely demonstrate:
* Experience supporting financial advisers or working within a financial advice environment
* Strong relationship management and communication skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
