What this job involves
The day-to-day property management of North Rocks Hub, Lennox Village, Kings Langley Shopping Centres in accordance with duties and KPI's identified with the Management Agreement.
You will take responsibility and lead by example a team in managing, leasing, marketing and operating the centres to the very highest of professional standards to maximise the net return to the Owner.
Lead day-to-day operations of North Rocks Hub, Lennox Village, and Kings Langley Shopping Centres, ensuring compliance with Management Agreement terms and KPIs
Prepare budgets, monthly reports, rent rolls, and outgoings recoveries while maintaining tight control over operating costs and pursuing rental arrears
Manage and develop on-site teams (Operations Manager, Marketing Manager) while serving as a professional brand ambassador for JLL
Oversee property inspections, incident management, contractor supervision, and compliance with OH&S requirements to maintain centres to highest standards
Build positive tenant relationships, analyse performance metrics, manage lease compliance, and work with external leasing consultants on negotiations
Maintain regular contact with property owners and identify opportunities to maximise net returns and add value

This is what we are looking for
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, confident leader with proven management proficiency who can effectively handle stressful situations, adapt to rapidly changing environments, and work collaboratively as a team player to achieve performance targets through strategic problem-solving and solution-focused thinking.
Previous 5+ years retail property management experience is required with a thorough knowledge of all property related functions and the Retail Act.
Real Estate & Business Sales Representative Registration (including Property Managers) within the State of Western Australia is required.
Degree in Property, Business, Management or related discipline is desirable.
