Job Description
The Events and Operations Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Operations Team to oversee major events, manage bookings, and liaise with external suppliers. Key responsibilities include scheduling digital displays for student activity information, assisting with interhouse sporting events logistics, and preparing the annual school calendar.
Key Objectives:
* Coordinate and execute large-scale events in a timely and efficient manner
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers
* Ensure seamless event execution by managing all logistical aspects
* Prepare and distribute the annual school calendar to staff and students
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A current Queensland Working with Children Clearance (Blue Card)
* Approval to work in Australia
* Maintenance of appropriate clearances, qualifications or registrations required for the role
* Commitment to the values and ethos of Catholic education in the Mercy tradition
