We're seeking a skilled and motivated
Business Analyst
to join the Risk team of a leading financial services organisation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on analysing complex business requirements, driving risk-related projects, and delivering impactful change across the business.
About the Role
* Partner with stakeholders to scope initiatives, define business requirements, and analyse processes.
* Support risk-related projects, including regulatory change, process improvements, and member remediation.
* Take ownership of project governance, including documentation, progress tracking, and reporting to steering groups.
* Facilitate workshops and working groups, documenting actions and ensuring deliverables meet objectives.
* Identify risks, gaps, and issues — and provide well-considered solution options.
* Contribute to organisational change by developing and presenting solutions that align with strategic goals.
About You
* 3+ years' experience
in a similar Business Analyst role (mandatory).
* Experience in superannuation or broader financial services (desired).
* Desirable
if this person is immediately available.
* Proven track record of delivering organisational change and risk-related projects.
* Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
* A degree in business, commerce, law, finance, or a related field (desired).
