**About the role at Qantas loyalty**
The coordinator role will help with the nitty-gritty of the events management and customer support for Qantas most valued customers:
- Support the Elite Member Support Lead with identifying event opportunities and creating/maintaining the events calendar
- Manage various logístical tasks through the end-to-end process, incl. setting up invitations and mail-outs, maintaining / validating events management CRM, liaising with the VIP Service Centre (which makes direct contact with the members on details), distribution of tickets (as required), source and manage event hosts, getting feedback from members re event
- Additionally tasks as required to support members of the Qantas Frequent Flyer proam
**Seniority**
Junior - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically less than 2 years of experience is required.
