Technical Service Expert
As a Technical Service Expert with our company, you will provide comprehensive technical support to clients nationwide. You will service and maintain electro-mechanical devices, conduct preventative maintenance checks, and manage work schedules to achieve excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Service and maintain wagering and gaming equipment located within venues, clubs, and pubs
* Conduct preventative maintenance checks to identify and address potential issues before they impact operations
* Prioritise and manage work schedules to achieve the best outcomes for both the customer and the business
* Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
Requirements
* An interest in electronics with some prior experience servicing electronic equipment, whether gained through work, hobbies, or personal projects
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Integrity, respect, and a can-do attitude
* Willingness to obtain and maintain applicable licenses, and a full driver's license
* Ability to work on a rotating roster that includes weekends and evenings
