Hours: Monday to Friday (38hrs) – scheduled discussed at interview

About The Role
FedEx is looking an Operation Support Agent to join our team. We’re seeking a team player who is dedicated to delivering excellent service to our customers. As an Operation Support Agent, your duties will be split between operational administration/support and performing manual handling tasks in the warehouse.
Duties
* Data entry and administration
* Assisting Drivers to resolve discrepancies
* General warehousing duties including loading/unloading of vehicles
* Warehouse stocktaking
* Freight sortation and movement
* Assisting with screening of freight
The successful candidate will have / be ...
* Computer literate
* Versed in Microsoft 365
* Administrative or data entry experience
* Previous warehouse experience desirable
* Background in logistics desirable
* Physically fit for manually handling and able to pass a per-employment fitness assessment
* Customer service experience
* Safety focused
