As we continue to expand our Residential Energy Storage business (EP Cube) in Australia, we are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced Field Engineers who are passionate about renewable energy and energy storage solutions.
About the Opportunity
We are strengthening our field operations team across Australia to support the installation, commissioning, and performance optimisation of EP Cube residential energy storage systems. If you have experience working with:
* Solar PV and battery energy storage systems
* Residential electrical installations
* System commissioning and troubleshooting
* On-site technical service and support
* Electrical contractors and installation partners

These roles will focus on delivering high-quality on-site technical expertise, ensuring safe and compliant installations, and supporting our partners in the field.
Key Responsibilities (may include)
* Providing on-site technical support during installation and commissioning of residential energy storage systems
* Diagnosing and resolving system faults and performance issues
* Supporting installers with system configuration and integration
* Conducting technical inspections and performance verification
* Assisting with warranty claims, repairs, and RMA processes
* Delivering practical, hands-on training to installers and partners
* Documenting service activities and managing cases through CRM systems
* Collaborating with Sales, Technical Support, and Global Engineering teams
* Collecting field insights to support product improvement and local compliance requirements
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years' experience in field engineering, technical service, or installation within Solar PV, BESS, or electrical industries
* Strong understanding of residential electrical systems and energy storage integration
* Hands‐on commissioning and troubleshooting experience
* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
* Strong problem‐solving and diagnostic skills
* Excellent communication skills and customer‐facing experience
* Willingness to travel within Australia as required
* Experience using CRM systems and service management tools
* Relevant electrical qualifications, CEC accreditation, or industry certifications are highly regarded.
