Responsibilities
Serve as Night Auditor, providing calm, reliable service during late-night hours.
Anticipate and address late-night guest needs during check-in and provide compassionate attention to travellers.
Act as first line of defence for safety and security, handling incidents (e.g., computer issues, emergencies) professionally.
Support day team by setting up for the next shift and helping maintain operational flow.
Maintain accurate financial postings and conduct checks to ensure balances and records are correct.
