We’re Webprofits, a digital marketing agency specialising in eCommerce. Our clients include a mix of startups, scale-ups and mega-brands who want to grow smarter. Most of our clients are running a Shopify + Klaviyo tech stack, and we’re growing our Customer Lifecycle team like wildfire - a team of specialist designers and strategists who geek out over email & eCommerce — so you won’t be alone in this :)
We need a Klaviyo wizard to help us shape, execute and optimise lifecycle strategies for our awesome current and future clients.
Base pay
A$90,000.00/yr - A$120,000.00/yr
What you’ll do
- Own the Klaviyo game – You’ll take the reins for a portfolio of eCommerce brands, building and optimising flows, campaigns, and segmentation strategies that actually bring in revenue.
- Be hands-on with Klaviyo – You’ll be deep in flows, reporting, A/B testing, and troubleshooting.
- Make magic with integrations – Whether it’s a loyalty program, subscriptions, or quizzes, you’ll know how to plug them into Klaviyo and make them work beautifully.
- Deliverability pro – You understand inbox placement like a detective, ensuring emails actually land in inboxes.
- Stay ahead of the game – Klaviyo updates, trends and best practices will be on your radar, and you’ll help the team stay on top of it.
- Work with our designers & copywriters – You’ll input on what converts, what looks great, and what customers will actually click.
- Teach & guide – Empower clients and the team with your knowledge, making lifecycle marketing feel like business gold.
What you bring
- 3+ years of Klaviyo expertise – You know flows, campaigns and segmentation inside and out, and you’re comfortable leading Klaviyo client work from day one.
- Experience with loyalty, subscriptions, quizzes & other platforms – You know how to integrate Klaviyo with other tools.
- Deliverability optimisation – You understand list hygiene, warmups, and how to improve open rates.
- You can juggle multiple projects – You’ll manage several clients at once.
- Figma-friendly – You can review in Figma, give feedback, and ensure flow and visuals are cohesive.
- Project management skills – You keep tasks tracked, meet deadlines, and keep clients and the team in the loop.
- You think strategically but execute tactically – You see the big picture and nail the details.
- Proactive & solutions-focused – You spot problems and propose solid solutions.
- Team player who shares knowledge – Collaboration and knowledge sharing are valued.
