Job Description
As a brewery tour guide, you will be responsible for leading groups of customers on fun-filled tours of Perth's top breweries. You will need to have a strong knowledge of craft beers and be able to share this with our customers in an engaging and entertaining way.
* Lead brewery tours, sharing knowledge of craft beers and brewing processes with customers.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
* Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless tour operations.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the tour.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A fun, outgoing personality that can engage with customers and create a positive atmosphere.
* An RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification or willingness to obtain one before starting work.
* A C Class license (auto is fine) and a valid Australian driver's license.
* Availability to work Saturdays from 9:30am-6pm.
* Previous experience as a tour guide or in the hospitality industry would be highly regarded.
* Interest in craft beer and brewing processes.
* An LR Drivers License or higher (we run most tours in 22 seat coaster buses).
