Due to growth, my client, a leading non-conforming residential lender, is looking for a Manager to lead a team of high performing Analysts.
Key Responsibilities
Leading and developing the team to deliver superior customer service.
Managing workflow and timely allocation of scenarios and loan applications.
Identify training and process improvement needs and liaise with senior management.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, BDMs, and the wider team.
Proactively engage with stakeholders to identify needs and support BDMs in relationship management.
Improving turnaround times for scenarios, indicative offers, and formal approvals.
Supporting credit analysts and BDMs in workshopping scenarios to secure approvals.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a people leadership role.
Proven leadership experience managing teams in a customer service or broker support environment.
Strong background in broker relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
