About The Role
We are searching for passionate Support Workers to join our Mounties Care Team supporting our areas in Sydney's North Beaches. Multiple opportunities are available – Casual, Part‐time, Overnight and Live‐In Care.
As a Support Worker, some of your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Accompanying clients during daily activities, running errands and going on outings
* Food preparation and shopping
* Assisting in personal care and hygiene such as showering and dressing
* Performing household tasks such as cleaning, washing and folding clothes
* Providing social interaction and companionship
* Transport to appointments
* Live‐in Care services (for the right candidate)
About You
The ideal candidate will ideally have:
* 1+ year experience in aged care or disability support
* Cert III in Individual Support or similar – desirable
* Disability or dementia experience – desirable
* NDIS Worker Check or Police Check (or willing to obtain)
* First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
* COVID‐19 vaccination (at least 2 doses)
* Own vehicle with insurance
* Good communication skills
