Details: Do you have an interest in, even a passion for, public sector property management? Would you like to gain an insight into how the ACT Law Courts, ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal, and Forensic Medicine Centre are managed?
If so, this is the opportunity for you You'll need to have solid experience in management of public sector properties, and it will help if you've had exposure to public/private partnership (PPP) contracts. You'll also need to have strong communications skills, and enjoy practical, hands-on problem solving.
You'll also get the most out of this opportunity if you enjoy working in a small team environment and can interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Eligibility/Other requirements:
* Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid work visa.
* Qualifications in Contract Management, Property Management, or Project Management desirable.
* Driver's licence desirable.
