This isn't about ticking boxes or managing 20+ small accounts. You'll work on fewer clients, at scale - giving you the time and resources to deliver work that actually moves the needle.

This role exists to own day-to-day execution, delivery quality, and client outcomes while supporting Tier 1 strategy delivery - taking operational load off the Head of SEO so they can focus on innovation and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Contribute to SEO strategy for Tier 2–3 clients, including quarterly reviews, planning, and roadmap execution
· Own day-to-day SEO delivery across your assigned clients, ensuring work is accurate, complete, and client-ready
· Manage monthly task allocation and priorities for assigned accounts, keeping delivery on track
· Act as the quality gate for your clients by QA’ing all outgoing SEO work before delivery
· Translate performance data from tools like GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio into clear insights and next steps
· Communicate confidently with clients via calls, emails, and reports, explaining recommendations and progress in plain English
· Build and refine keyword lists, content briefs, and optimisation plans in line with search intent and strategy
· Support broader team initiatives and contribute ideas that improve delivery quality, efficiency, and outcomes
What We’re Looking For
· 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency preferred)
· Comfortable owning small client accounts and working independently
· Strong attention to detail, especially in technical implementation and reporting
· Proficient in auditing and diagnosing SEO issues across content, technical, and local
· Confident communicator — you can explain SEO to non-SEOs with ease
· Resilient, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow
· Coachable and passionate, with big goals and the grit to reach them
Salary Package
Range between $90k – 100k + super (negotiable experience and capabilities pending).
