**About the role**: We are looking for applicants who can: - Manage resources associated with the delivery of assigned civil infrastructure activities linked to our core business of construction, maintenance, rehabilitation and servicing. Continuously develop workforce capability and maintain a working environment conducive to high productivity. Effectively manage the workforce utilising positive performance processes
- Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to enhance capability to meet program delivery needs. Assist in the development and lead the implementation of workforce planning strategies and actions including recruitment, succession planning and talent management. Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers.Mandatory requirements: - Applicants must possess a current, valid Queensland "C" class driver's licence or equivalent. It is a condition of employment for recommended appointee/s to disclose any previous serious discipline action taken against them for consideration by the delegate prior to any appointment.Desirable requirements: - Human Resource Management qualifications would be highly regarded.
