Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned
Technical Project Manager
with strong experience in Microsoft technologies (.NET, Dynamics CRM, Azure) and a solid background in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage full project lifecycle using Microsoft stack (.NET, CRM, Azure).
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and success metrics.
* Oversee technical design, development, integration, and deployment activities.
* Ensure compliance with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and organizational standards.
* Identify risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues proactively.
* Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients.
* Coordinate with development, QA, operations, and infrastructure teams.
* Drive process improvements and support technology adoption initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. PMP/Agile certification preferred.
* 10+ years of IT experience
, including
3+ years as a Technical Project Manager

* Hands-on experience with
.NET, Dynamics CRM, Azure
, and DevOps practices.
* Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project governance.
* Insurance domain experience (Life, Health, P&C or similar).
