We're expanding and seeking a Level 2 Managed Services Engineer to join our dynamic team.

IT support across Brisbane, Fraser Coast, and regional Queensland

THE ROLE
As a Managed Services Engineer, you'll be involved in a wide range of tasks, from Level 1 administrative work to complex project implementations across multiple technologies.
You'll be responsible for:
Delivering hands-on technical support, advice, and leadership to diverse businesses
Working with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Windows Server Technologies (virtual and physical)
Configuring and optimizing Microsoft Cloud Technologies (Teams, SharePoint, Security & Compliance, Azure VDI)
Designing and implementing IT infrastructure solutions
Engaging with third parties to improve service outcomes
Providing mentoring and knowledge-sharing within the team
Delivering excellent customer service with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Strong technical skills across Office 365, Windows Server, and Microsoft Cloud solutions
Experience in IT infrastructure design and implementation
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Strong communication and client engagement skills
The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
A passion for technology and a drive to deliver outstanding service
A current, valid driver's license

LOCATION & TRAVEL
This role is based in our Hervey Bay office, with frequent onsite work at client locations.
You'll be an integral part of the Fraser Coast region's growing IT landscape and may travel occasionally to onboard new clients.
