The Psychology Hub is a warm, well-established multidisciplinary practice in North Lakes, and we're growing.
We're currently seeking:
Two psychologists primarily interested in adult clients
Two psychologists primarily interested in child & adolescent clients
(Clinicians who enjoy both child and adult work are very welcome to apply.)

We're a mid-sized psychology, counselling, and social work practice known for being ethical, relational, and clinician-centred.
Our brand-new, fully furnished clinic is located in a beautiful medical and allied-health precinct — surrounded by cafés, lakes, parks, and yes… ducks and turtles

About the Role
We're open to either:
Independent Contractor Roles (0.4 to 1 FTE)
or
Permanent Part-Time Employee Roles (0.8 EFT/4 days)
You can tailor your caseload to your interests and strengths, with flexibility to combine:
Therapy and assessment work
In-clinic and Telehealth sessions
We do not operate a high-volume or conveyor-belt model.
Optional (But Valued)
Interest in assessments (Autism, ADHD, cognitive, learning, adaptive)
Willingness to work with NDIS clients (we're a registered provider)
AutPlay accreditation available (conditions apply)
What Support Looks Like Here (Transparency Matters)
Remote admin support for intake coordination and general practice needs
Dedicated Client & Clinician Care Support through Adriana, assisting with:
Client communication and follow-ups
Care coordination
Support with client-related processes
Training and support with Halaxy practice software
What We Offer Contractor Option
Excellent percentage-based remuneration
(approx. $144–$182 per hour equivalent, depending on fees and mix)
You set your own consultation fees
Flexible workdays and hours
Invoicing managed by you, with systems and guidance provided
Collegial team environment with optional peer connection
Employee Option (Permanent Part-Time)
Salary $80-$128K incl superannuation
Paid annual leave (pro-rated)
Annual PD & supervision budget
Paid birthday leave each year
Structured support without micromanagement
Stability, predictability, and ethical workload expectations
Fixed days (Tuesday–Friday), with agreed session blocks

Minimum Commitment
Approximately 12 sessions per week (both models)
Qualifications & Experience
Full registration with AHPRA (no provisional registration at this stage)
Medicare provider eligibility
Ability to work independently and ethically
Strong documentation and report-writing skills
Bonus: experience with NDIS clients and/or practice management software
