Role Description As a Cellar Door Host, you will be the face of the Seppeltsfield visitor experience, creating memorable interactions with guests and sharing the estate's rich history and exceptional wine selections. Key responsibilities include providing warm and professional customer service, guiding wine tastings, assisting with purchases, and supporting sales initiatives. You will also support the delivery of engaging visitor experiences, ensure the cellar door is presented immaculately, and embrace a teamwork-driven environment. This is a part-time on-site role located in Seppeltsfield, Barossa.
Qualifications Effective Communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for sharing knowledge.Customer Service abilities, including creating exceptional guest experiences and handling inquiries professionally.Sales skills to promote and sell wine and related products.Experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality roles is advantageous.Ability to participate in and support ongoing Training programs to enhance knowledge and service levels.Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.A keen interest in wine and local heritage is highly regarded.
