Job Description
This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team specialising in sales, leasing, and property management in one of Victoria's vibrant regional towns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, maintain and grow the Bendigo Commercial Property Portfolio
* Handle lease administration, including expiries, renewals, and rent reviews
* Conduct routine property inspections
* Oversee accounts administration, including rental receipts and payments
* Coordinate maintenance and obtain quotes as needed
* Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants
Requirements
Ideal Candidate:
* A positive, proactive attitude with exceptional communication skills
* Strong time management and multitasking abilities
* A high attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* IT proficiency with ability to quickly learn complex programs
* An authentic personality with a 'can-do' approach
Qualifications:
* A Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Experience in commercial or B2B sales is advantageous but not required
