Your new role: As Nurse Educator, you will be responsible for leading, designing and delivering high-quality aged care education programs that build workforce capability and ensure safe, compliant and person-centred care across residential and transition care services. * Lead the design, implementation and evaluation of contemporary aged care education and training programs aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards and legislation. * Provide advanced clinical and educational expertise to support nurses and multidisciplinary teams across residential aged care and transition care programs. * Promote a strong culture of learning, professional development, clinical governance and continuous quality improvement. * Act as a key senior leader, engaging with internal stakeholders and external bodies including the Australian Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. About you: You are an experienced and motivated Nurse Educator with a strong background in aged care, a passion for workforce development and the ability to translate evidence-based practice into meaningful education outcomes. * Registered Nurse with advanced clinical knowledge and experience in aged care education, training and workforce capability development. * Demonstrated ability to design, deliver and evaluate education programs that meet legislative, accreditation and quality standards. * Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence practice and support change. * Adaptive, agile and forward-thinking, with a commitment to lifelong learning and continuous improvement in a dynamic aged care environment.
