Established medical device company seeks a Communications & Executive Administrations Assistant to join on a full-time or part time basis.

The Role

The Communications & Executive Administration Assistant will provide high level administration support to the Senior Management, in particular to the Managing Director / CEO. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills. Both written and oral communication skills are vital to the success of this position. You will work closely with cross‐functional team members in the company to achieve the company's yearly operational KPIs.

The Key Accountabilities Include:
* Provide administrative support to Senior Management
* Compile briefs, presentations and agendas for meetings with external stakeholders, especially with government departments and trade offices
* Manage and curate content across the Company's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook)
* Apply for and manage grants and awards programs
* Arrange for, attend, and follow up on internal and external stakeholder meetings and trainings as required
* Be responsible for the monthly newsletter to government, suppliers, and other external stakeholder contacts
* Organise Company events and team outings as necessary
* Assist with maintaining company's documentation and filing system
Who You Are

You are someone who wants to influence your own development and have an enthusiastic approach to expand your knowledge of commerce and business. You will also need to be capable of managing multiple tasks and effectively prioritising your work. Becoming a member of our team requires you to be result‐driven, with good attention to detail and a persistent attitude. As our customers come from every corner of the world, you will also be a professional with a strong understanding of cultural differences. Confidence in managing social media platforms and understanding how to optimise content for different audiences is highly valued.

You will have completed or currently be completing a tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, Political Science, or Science. Strong PC skills including proficiency of Microsoft Office programs. Experience managing social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram) and familiarity with Meta Business Suite for scheduling, insights and content optimisation would be highly regarded. Graphic design skills and experience with the Adobe suite or Canva would also be a desirable plus. Completion of prior internships or work experience roles, particularly in communications or customer‐facing environments, will strengthen your application. You will also have excellent analytical and planning skills and the capability to manage your accountabilities in a timely manner.

This position is open for new or penultimate graduates as well as candidates returning to work after a career break. The position is available for immediate commencement on a part‐time or full‐time basis.
