Job Description Are you a passionate and growth-driven Commis Chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen? We're looking for a motivated Part-Time Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.
* Supporting kitchen operations across all meal periods and service styles, including à la carte, room service, banquets, and buffet service.
* Ensuring all food produced aligns with established kitchen recipes and quality standards.
* Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and organised workstation in line with HACCP and food safety standards.
* Working collaboratively across all kitchen sections to promote flexibility and productivity.
* Supporting stock rotation and stock control processes to minimise wastage.
* Contributing positively to a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working in a kitchen environment.
* A strong team player who can perform under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
* A solid work ethic and genuine passion for food.
* Flexibility to work across various kitchen sections.
* Commitment to maintaining strict hygiene and safety procedures.
