About The Role
We are looking for a New Graduate Speech Pathologist (starting early 2027, based in Darwin) to deliver speech pathology services utilising a person-centred approach that promotes choice and control to participants in relation to their NDIS goals. During our 12-month New Graduate Program, you will consolidate your skills, grow your caseload and flourish in your first professional role.

Deliver speech pathology services to participants using a person-centred approach aligned with NDIS goals.
Qualifications
* Are passionate about supporting people with disability
* Have an interest in learning skills across a broad caseload and lifespan
* Are interested in assistive technology prescription and environmental modification
* Enjoy working in a culturally diverse environment, collaborating, and learning from your peers
* Want to deliver therapy sessions in-clinic, at homes, schools, and in the community
* Value a multi-disciplinary team with multiple senior therapists (across Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Physiotherapy)
* Are values-driven, self-motivated and organised
* Love warm weather and trying new things!

* Competitive salary $73,444 – 81,429 + 12% super
