The Role:
Reporting to the Service Customer Interactions Senior Team Leader, in this role you will be responsible for inbound customer enquiries and proactively contacting existing customers to secure service bookings. You will be working in a team supporting the aftersales teams in Sime Motors by providing optimal customer service in a proactive and informative manner in support of business objectives.
