Hospitality Training Network (HTN ) is seeking an eager and dedicated 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice Chef to join the team with Club Lambton.
This is a great venue to learn in, providing an opportunity for apprentices to rotate in all sections.

Location
The Club Lambton kitchen team is a small team, we are looking for a passionate and self motivated 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice Chef with prior experience in a similar environment. The successful candidate must be available weekends with the ability to work split shifts.
What’s involved
As an Apprentice Chef, you will learn alongside qualified Chefs in all aspects of food preparation and presentation. Working with us allows you to learn and build experiences from skilled professionals within a commercial kitchen setting. You will be working at one of our great host venues, working with large quantities of food and a variety of seasonal ingredients. Key activities you can expect will be:
- Assist in the preparation, cooking and serving of dishes.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, choppers, fryers, steamers under supervision.
- Learn different knife and cooking techniques.
- Clean, maintain and store kitchen equipment appropriately.
To suit this role, you will be an eager and motivated individual with a passion for food looking to kick-start your culinary career! You will have good communication skills, seek out opportunities to learn and show initiative in your everyday duties.
