We facilitate clients in effectively presenting their skills and abilities when seeking employment, foster strong relationships with local employers and organizations, and broker new employment opportunities in the ACT area and surrounds.
To succeed in this role, you will require experience in occupational and/or vocational rehabilitation, previous experience in employment services/disability employment or recruitment, and strong resume writing skills with an understanding of the local labor market.

* Work collaboratively with injured workers, potential employers, and internal teams of allied health professionals
* Contribute to injured workers' ability to achieve return to work goals through job skills development and confidence building
* Broker new employment opportunities in the ACT area and surrounds
* Build strong relationships with local employers and organizations
* Complete written progress reports on a regular basis
