About the Role
* Manage and oversee daily operations: service, rostering, stock control, ordering, and reporting
* Mentor, train, and motivate a team to deliver consistent and friendly service
* Collaborate with the Head Chef and Group Management on performance, marketing, and community engagement
* Monitor sales, wages, food costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the smooth operation of all restaurant systems, including point-of-sale (POS) systems
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and employee engagement
* Work closely with other departments to achieve business objectives and enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
