You will oversee and participate in all admins operational aspects of Medical Record Auditing, Medical Information Processing, Medical Information, Medical Record Reviews, Medical Record Analysis, Patient Medical Record Software.This is a key leadership position which will see the successful candidate:Provide training, support, assistance and leadership to administrative staffWillingness and ability to jump into admin roles where requiredAct as a resource personAssist with recruitment, onboarding and training of new staffAssist with preparation of rosters, manage sick calls and help ensure effective use of staff resources to meet KPI’sEnsure a high level of customer service and confidentiality is maintained in the unitEncourage a supportive and positive team environmentOther duties as directed by the Health Information ManagerAbout YouYou are a proactive and people focused leader with strong communication and customer service skills and a keen eye for detail. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and ensuring seamless operations.
