Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Duty Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Reception desk.
Responsibilities include greeting and registering of owners and guests, providing information on local area attractions, administration tasks, and managing any guest issues that may arise.
As a Front Office Duty Manager, you will also be responsible for building, developing, training and leading a team to promote high levels of customer service.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in a Front Office department at a supervisory level (3 years)
* Knowledge of hotel property management systems (Opera preferred)
* Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and active listening
* Detail focused with an organised approach and ability to multitask
* Positive attitude, vibrant and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
* Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
* Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
