Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our customer support group, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer queries and administrative sales functions to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
* Respond to inbound communications and assist with quoting, order management and issue resolution
* Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery and foster strong relationships
* Contribute to sales productivity by identifying upsell opportunities and leveraging vendor promotions
* Maintain accurate data and prepare customer transaction reports to inform business decisions
* Build trust-based relationships with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders through proactive communication and collaboration
Requirements:
* Experience in a customer service or sales support role within the IT industry
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
* Ability to negotiate and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a customer-centric approach
* Attention to detail and comfort working with data and systems to drive business outcomes
* Team-focused approach and ability to work in a dynamic environment with adaptability and flexibility
* Some knowledge of IT licensing programs and partner tools is highly desirable
* Australian Citizenship (required due to client security and contractual obligations)
* Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Certificate
