What you'll be doing
As a Switchboard Operator, you'll provide customer-focused call centre services for oral health patients. You'll handle calls, manage appointments, and ensure accurate patient information is maintained.
* Answer and respond to internal and external calls professionally
* Complete triage questionnaires and assess patient eligibility
* Schedule and manage patient appointments, including interpreter liaison
* Maintain data accuracy and update patient records
* Assist with inquiries and escalate complaints appropriately
