What we need is someone with drive, curiosity, and resilience.Key Responsibilities: Proactively generate new business opportunities across councils, schools, developers, landscape architects, and builders.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
Collaborate with internal designers and project teams to deliver tailored playground solutions.
Manage the full sales process — from prospecting and quoting to closing and post-sale handover.
Maintain strong pipeline activity and report on sales progress using CRM tools.
About You: 2–5 years of B2B sales experience — construction, design, architecture, or related sectors preferred but not essential.
A true hunter mindset — you love building a pipeline and winning new clients.
Resilient, energetic, and comfortable with long sales cycles and relationship-based selling.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with a professional and polished approach.
Highly self-motivated and organised, with a genuine passion for people and community-driven projects.
Full Australian working rights and current driver's licence required.
