In this key role, you would carry out necessary maintenance,repairs and testing of our healthcare equipment. This equipment would includebeds, patient hoists, wheelchairs, motorised scooters and a wide range ofmedical equipment and health aids.

Hours: Monday –Friday, Full Time Permanent
Reporting: Branch Manager
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Preference for a Mechanical orService Technician background or field experience within the healthcare orservice-related sector.
* Strong problem solving to customer'sneeds and provide appropriate solutions
* Ability to deliver a high level ofcommunication and professional customer service
* The ability to work independentlywith strong time management, punctuality and admin skillset
* Current and valid Driver'sLicense and willing to travel to meet client requirements
Duties & Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot and complete repairsand servicing with the highest level of skill and customer service
* Preparing clear, accurate andconcise service records
* Maintaining servicing equipment and the company vehiclein a good condition, ensuring inventory is adequate
* Become an expert on our products,staying up-to-date with new features and offerings and using this knowledge todeliver seamless repairs
* Maintain the safety and integrity ofall serviced products in accordance with Australian Standards and CompanyPolicy
* Fully maintained company van,mobile and laptop
