Role Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment as a Tender and Seller Management Officer.
* As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end tendering processes across multiple marketplaces.
* You will support stakeholders in developing tender documentation, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and probity requirements.
* Reviewing and evaluating tender submissions, including compliance checks, technical assessments, and scoring against evaluation criteria will also be part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage Request for Tender (RFT) Processes: You will oversee RFT processes and panel refreshes in accordance with legislative and procurement requirements.
2. Liaise with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop tender documentation, coordinate timelines, deliverables, and probity requirements.
3. Evaluate Tender Submissions: Review and assess tender submissions, including compliance checks, technical evaluations, and scoring against evaluation criteria.
4. Conduct Verification Checks: Conduct verification checks such as financial viability, insurance compliance, and Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence (FOCI) assessments.
5. Finalize Contract Documentation: Finalize contract documentation, including enrolment letters and Head Agreements.
6. Monitor Marketplace Status: Monitor and report on marketplace or panel status, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions.
7. Review Seller Profiles: Review seller profiles and apply the Seller Performance Management Framework to uplift supplier performance.
8. Contribute to Process Improvements: Contribute to process improvements, continuous improvement activities, and the establishment of new marketplaces or panels.
