Our client offers an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Service Manager to join their team.
Assist in the overseeing the Retail Service and Retail Parts Departments operations whilst also providing excellent customer service with a focus of delivering value and expertise to maximise all gross earning opportunities.
Service Retention and Satisfaction are critical key performance indicators that the Assistant Service Manager would be expected to achieve.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Sales Management
- Exceed and achieve monthly sales budget
- Implementing sales processes
- Provide regular training to Advisors on sales opportunities
- Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure follow up of every customer is adequately completed
- Ensure delivery of vehicle to customer entails sufficient information
- Handle problem customers with upmost care and professionalism
- Admin Management
- Remain compliant and updated in warranty claims and CPS and work with the Dealership Accountant to reconcile monthly
- Assist with banking process and reconcile cash receipts
- Document and update processes for all tasks and operations in the Retail and Parts Departments
- Marketing Management
- Production Management
