Role Overview
The Biodiversity Monitoring and Assessment Officer contributes to the proactive management of biodiversity and ecological sustainability in our region.
* Deliver plans and programs associated with biodiversity, ecology, wildlife conservation, and environmental assessment.
* Provide high-quality customer service to the community, council members, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively manage and improve ecological sustainability in the region through biodiversity monitoring and assessment.
• Develop and implement plans and programs for biodiversity, ecology, wildlife conservation, and environmental assessment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to the community, council members, and customers.
• Collaborate with the team leader and other stakeholders to achieve ecological management goals.
• Support the delivery of biodiversity-related projects and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, ecology, environmental science).
• Strong knowledge of biodiversity, ecology, and environmental assessment principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
