? You will be a vital part of our
National Sales Team
, working in a progressive and dynamic environment, predominantly in a satellite-office capacity. Your role will involve servicing clients in local government, landscape architectural, educational and early learning sectors.
???You will be supported by a dedicated in-house design and business administration team to prepare exemplary design proposals for your market. An end-to-end focus on service will be fundamental to success and a willingness to nurture the full sales cycle will be paramount. Project management experience is desirable.
Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 4:00pm (flexible)
Ability to work from home
End to end sales in playspace and leisure environments
Maintain CRM (Salesforce) with accurate customer records, sales status tracking and mandatory reporting
Build and maintain key relationships with potential and existing clients
Stakeholder engagement with councils, asset renewal teams, architects, and landscape consultants
Provide clients with customised solutions based on their specific needs and the site's characteristics
Understand client requirements, budget, and project goals to provide expert advice on playground equipment and design
Develop 2D CAD designs to accompany design requests, resulting in full 3D design proposals to help clients visualise the final space
Communicate technical information clearly to clients and design professionals with a consistent consideration for the Australian Playground Standards
Research and provide market-specific feedback to management in an effort to adapt and inform solutions that cater for their needs
Engage in local marketing campaigns and networking, with the support of the national sales team, across social media platforms, EDMs, attending expos and other direct marketing activities
Reporting to National Sales & Marketing Manager
Attributes we are looking for:
Minimum 2-3 years of B to B sales or account management experience
Prepare and present accurate quotes and design proposals
Contribute to the preparation of tender documentation with support from head office
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to project completion
Prior experience in the playground or landscape construction industry is desirable
Self-motivated and capable of working remotely
Demonstrate initiative and the ability to problem-solve
Ability to multitask and work efficiently
Reliable and honest
Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Competent in the use of basic design software AutoCAD, InDesign
A strong ability to read plans and a good eye for design and detail
Basic understanding of the Australian Playground and Fitness Standards
A valid driver's licence
