At our esteemed establishment, we seek a skilled Commis Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. As a pivotal member of our kitchen brigade, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our discerning guests.
As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of high-quality dishes across various outlets, including a la carte, buffet, and banquets. You will work closely with the Demi chef, Chef de Partie, and Sous Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in food preparation and presentation to maintain high standards
* Contribute to menu development, daily specials, and new dish ideas
* Work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
* Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a professional kitchen
* Proven ability to manage a section independently or with minimal supervision
