* Deliver effective support and sustainment services across the lifecycle of Defence programs.
* Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure capability is safe, sustainable, and meets customer needs.
As a skilled Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) professional, you will work closely with Defence clients to manage and deliver ILS services. This includes planning, acquisition, in-service support, and disposal.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating and delivering logistics support analysis, including reviewing and managing contractor deliverables.
2. Developing and updating ILS documentation and plans, as well as drafting statements of work and contributing to procurement processes.
3. Supporting or leading technical reviews, advising on sustainment strategy and support system design, and coordinating integrated logistics activity across projects.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in acquisition logistics, sustainment, or asset management, as well as developing or reviewing support system strategies.
* The ability to manage the interface between logistics, engineering, and project teams, applying standards and compliance requirements in a Defence environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improved support outcomes.
