Think Water Central Coast is a specialist water solutions and outdoor power equipment business focused on the design, supply and installation of quality pump and irrigation systems. We currently have an opportunity for a motivated, fit and intelligent person to join our team.
The role:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, your primary areas of responsibility will be:
* Provide superior customer service to support the sale of our products and services.
* Inventory control and management including barcoding and pricing of stock.
* Accurate picking and packing of outgoing customer orders.
* Re‑stocking shelves and ensuring stock is organised and clearly labelled.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of storeroom processes.
* Provide back up support to the internal sales team as required.
The successful candidate:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
* Previous experience within a similar retail warehouse as a store person.
* Strong communication skills and solid computer literacy skills.
* A passion for delivering the highest standards of customer service.
* Physically able to undertake the role and demonstrate safe manual handling skills.
* Problem solving skills and initiative.
* A strong work ethic and 'can do' attitude.
* A current class C driver's license and current forklift ticket.
* Availability to work Saturday mornings on a roster basis.
