The Role
* We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the sales team, driving results in key areas such as sales targets, store presentation and stock levels.
* Motivate the team to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets by acknowledging outstanding results and identifying areas for improvement.
* Closely monitor store sales, manage wage costs and ensure efficient OH&S management.
