Doltone Hospitality Group, renowned for its breathtaking venues and unforgettable events across Sydney, is seeking a motivated Logistics Assistant to join our dynamic and growing team.

Your main responsibilities:
* Set up and pack down function rooms, including tables, chairs and dance floors
* Coordinate and manage delivery schedules across our venues
* Transport stock and supplies between venues and our Pyrmont head office
* Organise and maintain storage areas to ensure efficiency
* Support event operations across Sydney locations
What are we looking for?
We're looking for someone dependable, hands-on, and ready to be part of a collaborative team. You're adaptable, proactive and take pride in getting the job done right. To be considered for this position you will need:
* A valid driver's licence (essential)
* Your own reliable transport (essential)
* Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings and weekends when required
* Willingness to travel to all Sydney venues
* Previous logistics or warehouse experience (preferred, but not essential)
Your experience:
* Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain support
* Assisting with deliveries, loading/unloading, and transportation of goods
* Working in a fast-paced operational environment
* Basic knowledge of workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures
* Multi-site operations experience
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Physical capability for manual handling
This role is based out of Sylvania Waters, so reliable personal transport is required and will include weekend and evening work on occasion.
