This key executive nursing leadership position is responsible for the strategic and operational management of Surgical Services and the Intensive Care Unit.

The role oversees the delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centred care across perioperative, surgical ward and ICU services.

Nursing Directors will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and executive leaders to drive innovation, enhance service delivery, and optimise workforce capability to meet current and future healthcare needs.

Your opportunity
","
A nursing leadership and management position, accountable for operational and professional leadership, management, and delivery of nursing services within the Bundaberg Hospital and Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS) specifically Acute Surgical, Peri Operative services, Outpatients, and ICU.

The Nursing Director is also accountable at an expert professional and leadership level for the delivery of high quality, evidence-informed nursing standards within the WBHHS.

To lead the ongoing design, planning, development, implementation and management of the service, providing high level advice to other Nursing Directors and executive team.
","

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $198,959 p.a., comprising salary of $174,378 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 11) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.) (Applications will remain current for 12 months).
