Actually Partners is looking for a Social Content Producer to help our clients show up boldly and brilliantly online.
In just two years, Actually has become a go-to strategy and creative partner for brands looking to unlock growth and relevance. We blend smart strategy with bold ideas and sharp execution, working across brand, campaigns, digital, content and culture.
Now, we’re looking for a creative, proactive and platform-savvy content maker to help bring our clients’ stories to life—especially across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
The Role
As Social Content Producer, your job is to make standout social content for the brands we work with. You’ll take a brand’s voice, tone, and strategic direction—and translate that into compelling, engaging content that cuts through.
You’ll be involved in everything from concepting and storyboarding to shooting, editing, writing and posting. This is a hands-on, ideas-led role for someone who’s just as confident on the tools as they are coming up with what’s next.
While most of your time will be spent working on client brands, you’ll also help us build Actually’s own presence on social, giving people a feel for who we are and what we stand for.
This is an independent role with support from the team around you—but we’re looking for someone who’s self-motivated, organised, and ready to run with it.
What You’ll Bring
* A portfolio of work: Whether it’s your own content or work for others, show us what you can do—video, design, memes, carousels, reels, TikToks, whatever.
* Platform fluency: You know what’s trending, what’s tired, and how to tailor content to different platforms.
* Creative instincts: You have a great eye for visuals, a way with words, and a knack for making things that feel fresh, fun or thoughtful (ideally all three).
* Editing skills: You’re comfortable using tools like CapCut or Adobe Suite to cut, trim, animate and finesse.
* Strategic thinking: You understand the ‘why’ behind the content you’re creating and how it ties into a brand or business goal.
* Proactivity: You take initiative, bring ideas, and aren’t afraid to get stuck in and try things.
* Social-native energy: You’re active on your own channels and naturally tuned in to what’s working right now .
