About the Role
The Data & Integration Lead plays a critical role within Moco's IT team, sitting at the intersection of technology and the business. Based in Wacol and reporting to the Capability Development Manager, this role owns the design, development and continuous improvement of system integrations, data flows and reporting across the organisation.
From managing customer and supplier EDI integrations through to designing scalable system architecture and improving reporting capability, this role ensures the right information moves to the right place at the right time. By partnering closely with operational and commercial teams, the Data & Integration Lead helps translate real business needs into practical and reliable technical solutions.

You bring strong technical capability, particularly in SQL and systems integration, but equally enjoy working with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and turn them into scalable solutions.

Skills, Experience & Attributes
* Strong SQL (DB2, Mssql) capability including query optimisation and data manipulation.
* Experience designing and supporting systems integrations across multiple platforms.
* Experience working with data pipelines, ETL processes.
* Experience supporting both internal and external system integrations.
* Experience managing or supporting EDI integrations with customers and suppliers.
* Hands‐on experience with reporting and data platforms such as Power BI.
* Experience working with GoAnywhere MFT is highly regarded.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem‐solving capability.
* Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
* Comfortable working with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
