This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key support role in the coordination and execution of high-quality clinical trials. Based within a dynamic and supportive environment, you will assist in the daily operations of clinical studies by providing essential administrative and tracking support to ensure trial compliance and efficiency.Key responsibilities will include:Provide administrative and operational support for clinical trial activities, including document preparation, meeting coordination, and communication tracking.Maintain trial documentation and tracking systems, including the Trial Master File (TMF), essential documents, invoices, and study metrics.Support regulatory and ethical submissions by assisting Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) with approvals, site monitoring preparation, and compliance checks.Coordinate logistics for trial materials and biological sample shipments, ensuring accurate record keeping and timely delivery across trial sites.About UQAs part of the UQ community, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the brightest minds, who have joined us from all over the world.Everyone here has a role to play.
